Lush and functional family garden

The Yeronga project was a great opportunity to work with the client to finish their new home. A new build on a small and sloping site, they already had the hardscape design drawn and under construction. The plant selection had been presented as a plant pallet to choose from. Using my knowledge of plants and discussions with the client, the planting was refined to compliment the clients intended use of the spaces around the house.

Sandwiched between two tall houses, we created privacy while maintaining the city view. In a small space this garden encourages exploration of natural space by the two young children, stimulates creative play in the different zones as well as providing for some space for vegetable gardening.
